From the Team

"This was an amazing undertaking; Designing a new shop on the roof of the existing shop required extensive coordination with every team member.  Since the renovation also included building additions, there were also many site issues that needed to be overcome to make this project a success for the owner."

The existing HBL Mercedes Sales and Customer Service Area is a luxury and sports automobile facility. The owners’ desired to expand and upgrade the Customer Service area to provide an improved customer experience.  In addition, an increase in demand to service the Mercedes-Benz automobiles they sold necessitated a major upgrade in the Service Shop as well. The expanded facility doubled the number of Mercedes that can be serviced and even has a special service bay for the Maybach model.

New car lifts were installed in the new shop on the roof of the existing shop. The existing shop was renovated and was equipped with new exhaust removal, windshield wash distribution, and pressurized air distribution systems. All service bays have computer stations to diagnose any potential adverse conditions with the cars. Additionally, all work space is fully conditioned to provide comfort for the service techs year round.
